Nanima Women’s Health is an online naturopathic clinic based in Toronto, Ontario. We want our website to be easy for all people to use. We aim to follow the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and all laws that apply in Ontario.
Our Promise
We work to make this website clear, simple, and easy to navigate.
We want people of all abilities to be able to read, understand, and use our website.
We also work to keep your information safe in line with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) of Ontario.
What We Do
To support accessibility, we try to:
Use plain, easy-to-read language
Use clear headings and simple layouts
Add text that explains images when possible
Use colours that have enough contrast
Make sure the website works on phones, tablets, and computers
Keep improving site features when new standards come out
We do not give personal medical advice through the website. All care is provided only through proper appointments with a licensed naturopathic doctor.
Our naturopathic doctors are members in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
Reasonable Accommodation
If you need help using the website or accessing clinic information, we will try our best to support you.
This may include:
Providing information in another format when possible
Helping you book appointments in a different way
Offering email-based communication if website forms are not accessible to you
We may not be able to meet every request, but we will always respond and do what we reasonably can.
Your Responsibility
When using our website, please:
Use the website for general information only
Do not share personal health information through contact forms or email unless you choose to do so
Contact us directly for all medical questions
Limits
We work hard to keep our website accessible. Still, we cannot promise that:
The website will work on all devices or browsers
Third-party tools or links we use are fully accessible
The site will always be free of errors, delays, or technical issues
We do not control the accessibility of any outside website we link to.
Ongoing Updates
We review our website regularly. We may make changes at any time to improve accessibility or to follow new laws and standards. Updates may happen without notice.
Feedback
If you find an accessibility problem, or if you cannot use part of the website, please contact us. We welcome feedback and will look into all concerns.
